  • Press Windows key + S and  type cmd, Right click on command prompt and select run as administrator
  • Then, Run the following commands.
  • NETSH INT IP RESET C:\RESTLOG.TXT
  • NETSH INT TCP SET HEURISTICS DISABLED
  • NETSH INT TCP SET GLOBAL AUTOTUNINGLEVEL=DISABLED
  • NETSH INT TCP SET GLOBAL RSS=ENABLED
