To check if the error is caused by a faulty drive, run an automatic driver update or manually update the drivers to the latest available versions. At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:

sfc /scannow

Run system file checker

The sfc /scannow command will scan all protected system files, and replace corrupted files with a cached copy that is located in a compressed folder at %WinDir%System32dllcache. This command can take a little time to complete. Do not close the Command Prompt window until the verification is 100% complete.

Disable RuntimeBroker using Windows Registry

RuntimeBroker is a Windows process, which is supposed to help you manage permissions of the Windows Store apps. Note: The value 2 means automatic startup, 3 means manual, while 4 means are disabled.
